
Britannica Education has proudly partnered with Georgia schools through GALILEO for many years. GALILEO is currently working with state legislators regarding K–12 funding allocations.
While we remain hopeful that statewide funding may be restored, access to Britannica resources through GALILEO may not continue beyond June 30, 2026. To help districts avoid any last‑minute disruption, we’re proactively sharing information and continuity options now.

No. If statewide access ends, districts that elect to continue with a direct subscription can begin coverage on July 1 to avoid any interruption.
No additional training is required. The platform, tools, and workflows remain consistent. Optional professional learning sessions are available if desired.
Yes. Districts may choose to expand coverage, including Early Elementary levels or additional resources, as part of a new subscription package.
Yes. While district-wide access often provides the best value and consistency, individual schools may explore subscription options as needed.
