 What’s Happening ?

Britannica Education has proudly partnered with Georgia schools through GALILEO for many years. GALILEO is currently working with state legislators regarding K–12 funding allocations.

While we remain hopeful that statewide funding may be restored, access to Britannica resources through GALILEO may not continue beyond June 30, 2026. To help districts avoid any last‑minute disruption, we’re proactively sharing information and continuity options now.

Your Options Moving Forward

If statewide access changes, districts may choose to transition to a direct district subscription after June 30, 2026, allowing them to:

Maintain current access to Britannica resources

Add the Early Elementary level of Britannica School or other enhancements

Secure multiyear pricing stability

Discounted transition pricing is available to support continuity and minimize budget impact for Georgia districts.
